Our client, a small agile consultancy, working on some of the biggest projects in the UK are looking for a driven and talented BIM Manager to join an exceptional team and deliver on challenging projects in our 2024 pipeline and beyond.

The successful individual will be highly motivated and you will play a crucial role in delivering on challenging projects outlined in their 2024 pipeline and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on some of the most significant projects in the UK construction industry. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and is passionate about technology and improving processes. Ideally, you will have 5+ years' experience in delivering BIM enabled projects in a commercial setting.

  • Competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 DOE)

BIM Manager Position Overview

  • Problem Solving: Address complex challenges in the construction process and find innovative solutions using BIM software.

BIM Manager Position Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position, BIM Coordinator/ Manager
  • Highly motivated with the ability to independently manage and deliver projects
  • Complex problem solvers, bringing efficiencies to the team
  • An excellent communicator with a drive to deliver great results to our clients
  • Experience working directly with clients and developers to develop Digital Strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality data rich models.
  • Auditing models and data (COBie).
  • Clash Detection & Issue Management - Navisworks / ACC.
  • Construction Sequencing (Synchro / Navisworks).
  • An understanding of the principles of Smart Building Strategy.
  • An understanding of the principles of Digital Twin solutions.
