Maintenance Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the heavy engineering / fabrication industry based in Dudley. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the close knit maintenance team.
Maintenance Engineer Position Overview
- Carrying out installation work on machinery
- Assisting with the electrical site maintenance
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance / repairs to process machinery
- Carrying out testing of emergency lighting and alarms
- Fault finding on logic controllers
- Completing shift report documentation
Maintenance Engineer Position Requirements
- City & Guilds 18th edition is advantageous
- Proven background within a Maintenance Engineering role with an electrical knowledge
- Based in a commutable distance of Dudley
- Knowledge of DC drives and inverters is desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible with hours and shifts, including the occasional Saturday shift
Maintenance Engineer Position Remuneration
- Starting Salary £32,000 - £36,000 + overtime.
- Current working patterns (Based on 40 hours) below:
- Week1: 6am-2pm Mon-Fri
- Week 2: 8pm-6am Mon-Thurs
- Week 3: 1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
